Regulations

Stég.Badacsony guests automatically accept the hotel's policy by making a reservation. 

 

Booking: 

Accommodation can be booked through our website, by e-mail, by phone or via accommodation agency sites. We can hold the reservation for up to 24 hours before paying the accommodation fee. 

 

Payment: 

The accommodation fee must be paid at the same time as the reservation by bank transfer or, in the case of booking on intermediary sites, by bank card. We are unable to accept payment in advance or upon arrival.

 

In addition to the accommodation fee, a deposit equal to the price of 1 night's stay must be paid, which is 100% refundable if the apartment is returned complete and in perfect condition. The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after departure, as soon as our on-site representative was able to check the apartment. 

 

Resignation:

 

During the high season (06.15-08.31) and special days and holidays: The reserved accommodation can be canceled free of charge up to the 14th day before the stay. 14-8. 50% of the reservation fee is payable in case of cancellation within 7 days. 

Before and after the season: The reserved accommodation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the stay. 7-4. 50% of the booking fee is payable in case of cancellation between 3 days and 100% of the booking fee in case of cancellation within 3 days. In the event of cancellation, the rightfully refunded amount already paid will be returned within 3 days of the date of cancellation. 

 

Data provision: According to the regulations, all guests are required to present their identity card/passport and the operator of the accommodation is obliged to record it for the purpose of IFA declaration. Refusal to provide data is considered a violation of the rules and may result in unilateral cancellation of the accommodation. 


 

Arrival, departure: 

 

The apartments can be booked from 15:00 on the day of arrival. In case of earlier arrival, the parking lot and the pool can be used from 12:00 on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, the gate can be opened based on the given instructions, and the keys to the apartments can be collected from the locker next to the entrance of the apartment using the codes sent in advance. 

 

On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. The parking lot and the pool are no longer available on the day of departure. When leaving, the key must be returned to the locker where it was found upon arrival. 

If required, our on-site representative is present at the time of arrival and departure, please let us know in advance by e-mail or phone.


 

Parking: 

 

During their stay, our guests must always park their vehicles in the courtyard parking lot, parking is prohibited along the entire length of Római út. The courtyard can be accessed through two separate entrances, the parking lot of apartment 1 can be accessed through the entrance from Római út, and the other apartments through the entrance from Strand utca, detailed instructions will be sent by email before arrival. Please park your vehicles in such a way that they do not obstruct the parking of other guests. An apartment comes with one parking space by default, please let us know your additional needs in advance and we will look into it depending on availability. 

 

Apartments:  

 

The reserved apartments are marked with numbers, which can be seen at the time of booking and in the confirmation email. On the site, the numbers of the individual apartments can be found next to their entrances. 

 

Only as many people can stay in the apartments as the reservation says, it is forbidden to receive other guests. 

 

Pets cannot be accommodated in the apartments.

 

Smoking is prohibited indoors in the apartments, including the use of electronic cigarettes, smoking is allowed on the terraces. 

 

Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the apartments.

 

Please use the air conditioners only during your stay in the apartment, with the doors and windows closed.

 

The apartments are basically cleaned upon departure, in case of a longer stay, 1 cleaning per week is provided. Daily cleaning and laundry can be requested for an additional fee, please notify us of this need in advance before arrival.


 

Yard, pool:

 

In the garden, it is forbidden to step on the areas covered with grass or to tear off the plants or cause any damage to them.

 

There is a garbage bin in the garden, please empty the garbage collected from the apartments during your stay here. The selective waste container is suitable for placing garbage marked with that sticker. 

 

Everyone can use the pool solely at their own risk, the host accepts no responsibility for any kind of accident or damage. Please use the pool cleanly, after showering. It is forbidden to use glass in the pool and to throw any kind of garbage, even cigarette butts, into the pool. There is a camera system in the pool area, and any damage that may occur will be reimbursed in any case. 


 

General provisions:

 

Any type of vandalism or theft of anything in the apartments or outside of the accommodation will result in reimbursement of costs. 

 

The host is not responsible for any damage to the guests' belongings at the accommodation. 

 

It is forbidden to collect fire in the entire area of the accommodation, including all forms of cooking on fire.

 

After 10:00 p.m., it is forbidden to make noise of the kind that would disturb the rest of the other apartment residents or the people living in the area.

 

Photography or filming for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior permission.

 

The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation even in the case of a stay that has already started if the guest violates the rules contained in this policy.
